User Definition A “User” refers to any individual who engages in either free-to-play (“Practice Contest”) or paid-to-play (“Paid Contest”) online gaming contests on our Platform, which is related to fantasy sports. “You” or “Your” refers to the User, while “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to “jeetomax,” including the jeetomax website and mobile application (“Platform”). “Contests” collectively refers to both Practice Contests and Paid Contests.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS By using our Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”), including any additional terms we may provide. These Terms take precedence over any other terms regarding using our Platform or any Contest in case of any discrepancy.
By accepting these Terms, you consent to receive communications from Us, our partners, licensors, and associates through various channels including:
- Account notifications
- Advertisements
- Administrative or direct messages
- Any other method we deem appropriate
To ensure these communications do not go to your spam or junk folder, you agree to designate Us as a safe sender across all platforms where You receive communications from Us (including email and SMS).
To access our services (“Account”), You must register on our Platform and create an account. During registration and while using our services, you may be required to provide:
- Full name
- Team name
- Mobile number
- Full address and state of residence
- Gender
- Date of birth
Qualifications To participate in any Paid Contest, You must:
- Be older than eighteen
- Reside in India
- Have a working Indian mobile number
Please note that the following states do not permit Paid Contests:
- Andhra Pradesh
- Assam
- Nagaland
- Sikkim
- Telangana
You agree to the following rules for participating in contests:
- You must create a fantasy team (“Team”) by selecting real players from the relevant sport.
- Your Team must be finalized before the Contest start time or any other adjusted time (“Contest Deadline”). If the deadline is extended, we will inform You in advance.
- A minimum number of Users (“Pre-specified Number of Users”) must participate for each Contest to be operational.
- You can form multiple Teams for a multiple-entry contest (“Multiple Entry Contest”).
- By paying the specified fee (“Pre-Designated Amount”), You can participate in Paid Contests.
- Each contest will have a prize pool (“Prize Money Pool”) funded by contributions from all participants.
- We do not hold any ownership or stake in the prize money pool.
- We reserve the right to deduct a fee (“Platform Fees”) from the Pre-Designated Amount for our services; the remaining amount goes to the Prize Money Pool.
- We may run promotions or deals on the Platform, and You must follow the terms and conditions applicable to those promotions to participate.
Contests are available in both flexible and non-flexible formats for public participation:
- We reserve the right to cancel a public contest if fewer than the pre-specified number of users participate. In such cases, Your Pre-Designated Amount will be refunded in full.
- “Guaranteed Contests” will start once the pre-specified number of users sign up. Each Guaranteed Contest has a fixed Prize Money Pool, and we will cover any shortfall if necessary.
- Winners will be announced based on the contest rules regardless of the number of participants.
- You can create a private contest, set the maximum number of participants (between 2 and 20,000), and choose the contest format.
- To participate, you must pay the Pre-Designated Amount.
- After creating a Private Contest, you will receive a unique code (“Contest Code”) to share with other Users for entry.
- The terms of a Private Contest cannot be altered once created.
- Invited Users must enter the Contest Code and pay the Pre-Designated Amount to join.
- Points are awarded to Teams based on performance. The Team with the highest score(s) at the end of the contest will be declared the winner(s) (“Winners”).
- The Contest page will specify the number of eligible winners and prizes prior to the Contest starting.
- Payment Account
- You can use the following accounts for processing payments:
- The Unutilized Account: Stores money You deposit via a specified payment gateway for our services.
- The Winning Account: Stores any winnings from Paid Contests.
- Discounts cannot be transferred or withdrawn to another account, including your bank account.
- Specific terms for using discounts will be communicated to You.
- Discounts are applied at our discretion and will not be automatically requested.
- Discounts are applied toward the Pre-Designated Amount when joining a contest.
- All discounts are forfeited upon account termination.
- We are not liable for any delays or inability to provide services due to a Force Majeure Event.
- Accessing our Platform is at Your own risk. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage (including death, injury, or property loss) You or others may experience while using our Platform.
- Our Platform may contain Third Party Content, including links to third-party websites and advertisements. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, reliability, or accuracy of such content. Relying on third-party content is at Your own risk.
